She is known for her roles in serials ''Muhabbat Ab Nahi Hugi'', for which she was nominated for Hum Awards 2015, and for ''Ishq Parast'' and ''Karb''. Khan made her Bollywood debut in 2013 with Hindi film ''Huff! It's Too Much'' with a lead role in the film.
In May 2013 Khan appeared in the British film ''Writhe'', directed by Sharaz Ali, which was screened at the 2013 Cannes film festival. Armeena was the first Pakistani actress to walk at Cannes in 2013.
